Ismail Yusuf College was established in the year 1930 offering bachelor's degree program in Psychology. Also providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the human mind and behavior. The curriculum covers various psychological topics which has a strong base in psychological theories and research methodology in Psychology. The Department provides subjects such as Fundamental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Testing & Statistic Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology, The college aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to pursue careers in psychology or related fields, or to continue their studies at the postgraduate level and applying the psychological principles in their everyday life.
The department also focuses on holistic and continued development of the students with organization of seminars, webinars and workshops related to education, career issues and personal concerns.
